DRUNK EMPLOYEE
HAD AN ALTERCATION TODAY WITH AN EMPLOYEE THAT WAS DRUNK, HE INSULTED ME CALLING ME NAMES, CURSING AND PROCEEDED TO HIT ME WITH SHOOPING CART!!!!!IM STILL SHAKEN UP BY THE HOLE INCIDENT. I DID REPORT IT TO MANAGER ANASTACIO "TACHO" ON DUTY AND THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY. I WILL BE SEAKING LEGAL GUIDENCE!!

Great Store
Have purchased lots of plants here and they always have such a nice selection. I sometimes wish the instructions on plant upkeep were more detailed, but the plant selection is wonderful!

Uncomfortable for me
They had someone fallow me like I was trying to steal something when I don’t that kind of thing especially because I am a mother n would not risk that. 2nd they wouldn’t sell me the last box of sticky floor squares cuz it was miss a few and I really needed to buy it but still would not sell even for a discount which I found very dumb cuz when I asked her if you guys don’t sell what is done with it. She didn’t know maybe resell it n I said that’s what I’m trying to do is buy it lol didn’t make any sense. Upsetting considering that was the main reason why I even went there

Overcharged on concrete bags
Overcharged on concrete bags. I purchased 16 and got charged 166. It’s been several days and everyday I keep getting told by associates at home depot that the security guard who checks cameras isn’t there. They said they need to verify on camera that I took 16. I don’t understand why they can’t just speak with the cashier who attended me that day and verify with him. I am sure he will remember because if I had to purchase 166 that would require him to get a forklift out to bring all those 166 bags.
