My home internet has been sucking for last 2-3weeks. Is there any place I can lookup & see the home internet service outage / issues map?
Xfinity used to be very good in informing via text & maps to show outages. Does t-mobile have anything like that??

Unlike Xfinity …a tower typically covers a region, and ALL types of users/devices.
You may want to check ‘Down Detector’.

no one in here can assist with this. you’ll need to call in (tier 1 support) or contact TMO through Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support) and have them put in a network ticket for you.
***I like many others come onto this site for assistance and to help others. Marking a reply as helpful or correct helps others with like issues when they try to search the site for assistance. I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Have not found a self-reported outage map and t-mo doesn't seem to communicate with us about detected issues. Downdetector is the only thing I found to give me an idea of whether it's just me or the system. But they only have input from people who choose to report outages to them.

When its working …how strong of signal does it have (recommend using either T-Mobile Home Internet app, T-Life app)
if it is ‘weak’ then there is an obvious problem with signal in general. If it is ‘good’ to ‘excellent’ , then there’s a local issue , or you have a defective device.
‘most likely’
