Lucky's Bed & Biscuit in Manahawkin , NJ (2024)

I've been bringing my dog to Lucky's for 5 years and normally have a wonderful experience. Not this time. I picked her up from boarding last Saturday (a week ago) and was told she threw up that morning and the night before. No one was called even though instructions say to contact the family and multiple numbers are listed. She had a cough for a few days and after a vet visit today I was informed my dog has an upper respiratory infection. I 100% blame their facility.

If you ever wonder if your pets are being taken care of and loved when you drop them off at a boarder or day care, you need not worry about that at Lucky's Bed & Biscuit. The staff there are so wonderful with my dog, I actually think he likes going to Lucky's better than he likes going home. In my next life, I'm coming back as a dog so I can stay at Lucky's. Whenever I vacation on LBI, I bring my dog with me just so he can stay at Lucky's.

I love Lucky's and so does my dog. I drive all the way from Delaware to bring my dog there...he spent the Summer there when I went to LBI and now I can't take him anywhere else. When he is there I know that he is being taken care of and loved like he is one of their own. I highly recommend!!

What a treasure to find a five star boarding hotel for my dog. The staff is always very aware that the pet welfair is their prime concern. I can drop my pet off for a day of group play and know that is well taken care of. Once I could not make it back to pick up my dog, Jack, they delivered to my house! Now that is service.. Would not take Jack anywhere else but Lucky's, We LOVE Lucky's...

We've used Lucky's for almost two years and our pets have always had a great experience there. The staff make our dogs feel welcome from the moment they arrive until the time we pick them up. We've used Lucky's for day care, overnight boarding, and grooming and are very happy with all their services, and the facility is very neat and clean. It's gives us a lot of peace of mind to know that we have such a comfortable & fun place for our pets when we need services for our pets!

Lucky's is a wonderful and loving place to leave your "furry friends." It is a caring and beautiful facility, and I feel content and happy when I know I can leave my "boys" there either for day care, an overnight or even when they are groomed. I'm so "lucky" to have found Lucky's. Everyone there is loving and caring and the facility is exceptionally clean. They also have a very neat store. . . Thank God for Lucky's! My German Shepherd Lady attends the daycare and she loves it. She basically drags me in. Loves swimming in the pool. The staff is great. I think if she could talk, she would beg me to there all the time.

We have a pit bull and she loves Lucky's and they always welcome her. One time while we were away she was chewing her paw and they were afraid it was affected. One of the girls took Jada in her car on Friday night in the summer to a vet. That is service and we always feel safe leaving her It is expensive however, we took Jade to a kennel ni Buffalo N.Y.for $25.00 a night and she came home sick and that has never happened at Lucky's and we leave her about 50 vacation days a year. They even had a gift bag for herbirthday. I hope you will try it if you really love your pet

Lucky's is wonderful-My lab Champ has been going there since they opened their door. The staff is so great with him-he just loves going there. So do I, it is one of the greatest part of my day when I pick him up, seeing all the happy dogs and owners-hearing about their day and the friends they played with. Wish my job was as enjoyable.
